OBE means out-of-body experience. It is similar to a dream, but colors are richer, as well as sharper images. This is grand says me. However, many wonder if they can OBE.
Rick Lipani says he uses an HDR for obe time travel. OK as how that works I am not sure. Perhaps we should investigate more on obe time travel and what it is. For example, is it close to remote viewing?
