Castro says socialism don't work

It sounds like a hoax to me. Hey, are you sure? Fidel Castro says Cuba's socialism does not work and he is not kidding us. This has got to be news. It would be like hitler saying it is a bad idea to be a nazi. Did I just wake up on a parallel earth in another universe?
