no IE9 for xp

Sadly, users of IE9 are not able to use it on machines with windows xp. This is a short coming max major. Folks, xp is stable and then some. This with vista is not always the case. Also, people use xp due to old programs. I know win 7 has compat box, but not all programs work on it and this is not good news.
