There is now talk in DC of a bankruptcy law that is new. It will allow states like California to declare bankruptcy soon. Perhaps they will go bankrupt because they cannot find more money. OK so what is our reason. Well, states get money from sales tax and there has been a decline in revenue. Sadly some states like Illinois have double their tax on income. Illinois is second in line state that sees bankruptcy as near. Folks, this is because sales are terrible now. Hey, does that sound like any kind of a recovery to you?
