Richard Clarke is a retired general in our army. He did issue a warning. Basically, it is that artificial intelligence will dominate future wars. Somehow, this news... like it does not even amaze me. Computers are getting a lot more powerful every year. It is not just the high-speed processors. There is also more memory. Expect people to grow used to this amazing power.
