I see that realtors claim that real estate prices are... like going down instead of up. That is not what we see. Instead, I see a steady rise. OK, so realtors do blame interest rates as those are on a rise. This is to try to tame inflation they tell us. Frankly, I am not so sure. Why are houses so expensive?
