Best Buy sales decline point to a poor economy. Customers are not spending money. Blame our on going recession. Things keep on going worse. Few students are going to worst buy now. Most use their cell phone instead of getting a GPS or a camera. Expect to see more excuses. Like when is this recession going to be over any way.
