I like to use
Photo Impact X3 that I bought just now. This is an awesome program. Well, it is for editing images. Makers were Corel, but it got bought up. ULEAD was the original owner. Hope we can use Photo Impact X3 on windows 8 now. Oh wow, like that would be so super.
