What do we see... Basically, a fall in home prices. Yeah, for six month in a row even. Like we did say six. It looks super grim. OK since 2005 prices are in a tail spin. Friends, I dislike having to break it to you. However, here we go. Politicians sold us down the river. Also, there is no economic recovery. Mostly, it is hard to find anyone that still believes in one.
