Poverty rate hit a 52 year high according to our census. This is certainly not something to brag on. Still, it tells us the story of our poor economy. Sadly, politicians say that everything is fine and there are plenty of jobs out there - all you have to do is get out and fine one. Well, that is not what we are seeing. It is very hard with bankrupt companies. Yeah, and those still in business are firing, not hiring in an attempt to maybe survive.
