A minor earthquake hit the east coast and people did not prepare. It was a bit scary. Buildings were swaying. That said, I feel that even bigger earthquakes are coming. The people need to get ready and to keep looking up.
Perhaps, next time people will not do any better when a quake hits east coast, but we can certainly hope so. This one was like a warning.
