Technological progress makes it easy to down size. Workers in china make far less than the minimum wage. White collar jobs in america are going away. Folks, this is very serious. Part of the problem is out sourcing. Sadly, many white collar jobs can be more cheaply done over seas. Also, states see an increase in minimum wage. In fact, companies do not want to pay. Most are pushing to get rid of middle manager. They rely more on automation to keep track of what is going on.
