We are running out of oil and that is no hoax now. However, who are the biggest world oil producers? Well, number one is russia. This may come as a surprise. I think that arabs were seen as number one by many. Problem is that russia consumes much of the black gold for its own use. There are those who point to iraq, but a bigger producer is norway.
