 People fear that AI robots might take over. Well, that is just completely insane. Hey, we do not have a self-driving car even. Technology is moving at a fast pace. Sadly, many people believe what they see... like in a low-budget science fiction movie. Yeah, one that is long on ridiculous fiction and short on awesome science.

 Economists claim that the stock market will recover soon. Basically, the worst is over. Well, we are not so sure. Yeah, we might see... that things will get even worse. Maybe, we need to understand that we are heading into a new DARK age.

 Beautiful places do fill our hearts with joy. Often, they can take our breath away. Well, that is my own opinion.

Sadly, we see... that small towns are more abandoned than ever. Yeah, they really do feel empty or worse. Alas, they do remind me... like of those old tumbleweed prone ghost towns used in wild west movies.

 Oh wow, we see that bugs are so annoying. Yeah, they really do um BUG me. Friends, sorry about my pun. Hey, we cannot resist as we see. Still, the worst bugs are mosquitoes that spread diseases and bite us.

 OK, so they say that time is money. I do not think so. Actually, for most people, we see that um TIME is a scarce resource. Yeah, we do need more coins. However, we cannot buy time as an item or barter for some more. Basically, that is the awesome universe we are in.

 Big changes for Netflix are near.  Do expect the price... to go up some more. Hey, if they could only produce great movies. Sadly, many of their actors are no names. Basically, you get that for which you pay.

 Actually, the world has indeed changed fast in the last few years.  People do fear that robots will take over soon. Hey, we do not need to add to our worrisome woes. Let me say, there are few if any truly self-driving cars. Robots will not take over. OK, so the truth is that real artificial intelligence is many years away.

 Fellow colleagues, making money is not so easy. Risk-taking is simply part of our ongoing game. Yeah, we need to keep both of our eyes open. Mostly, there are events that we cannot even see. Do not find that can surprise or even amaze us.

 Back in the 1930s, we had a terrible dust bowl due to high temperatures and no rain. Yeah, that was one scary era. Perhaps, we need to try to understand that intensive mechanized agriculture does have some drawbacks for us.

People go to work in a DIGITAL manner over zoom. Basically, we can see sears is no more. There is some talk that our MALL cannot even survive. Ah yes, things do change and our universe moves on. It is hard for retail stores to compete in our MODERN amazon era.

 Most people in Nebraska live in Omaha or Lincoln the capital city - wow. Both of these cities are in the east where there is more rain. However, the west is like a dry desolate desert with some sand dunes even.

 Sadly, old abandoned houses are many. Frankly, we really do not understand what the main reason is. Perhaps, we feel that people do not have money. Yeah, those onerous property taxes keep on going up. Hey, we did say onerous.

 Elon Musk is making major changes on Twitter once more. OK, so for one... he is relaunching the blue service. Yeah, that is a great idea except that price is going up. Inflation is not a friend, but rather instead an enemy.

People use to go to a general store many years ago. Well, we see Walmart is a return to the old ways. Back then stores began to specialize in niches that were very narrow.  OK, so finally, in the 1950s the mall did emerge. I do not know if malls can even survive. Yeah, they were shut down during our corona virus. People began to shop online and that led to the ubiquitous amazon van. Fellow dreamers, it is a new universe we are in.

 Like wow, ants are scary. This is especially true if they are close up.  However, we need to remember that we need to know what King Solomon said many years ago.

 Wendy's has an AI chatbot robot to take your drive-through order and save some money. I see a lot fewer jobs in our future as AI takes over. However, I could be wrong. Time will tell as we see. Maybe, we will need mechanics to fix the robots, but perhaps we will build robots to do that function and jobs will become more rare.

 Folks, we are now heading into a massive serious recession. Ah yes, remote workers might be the first to go. Please understand that things will get even worse. Bosses are trimming expenses. It seems to me... that out of sight and out of mind is a good phrase that we can use. Frankly, we need to become more aware.

Often we do feel that we are on a voyage... like to an interesting place that is really far away. Don't know why we fear the future, but perhaps here is one reason. I have been told that fear of the unknown is the greatest fear there is.

Holland is an awesome scene. That said, the Dutch rarely say the word um - sorry. I do wonder why cultural value is. Certainly, it is very hard for most humans to admit that they are wrong.

 Twitter deletes an account for liking certain posts - wow. I do wish that Elon Musk would finally buy the company. Hey, that seems a lot less likely now. Je claims that a lot of the accounts are actually bots and that news does not surprise me.

 2022 is now shaping up to be the absolute driest year ever. Folks, this news is so serious. Like there could be food shortages as well as an increase in prices. Just hope that we are wrong on this one.

 I really cannot enjoy mentioning this, but city parks can feel a bit empty now. Do please remember to blame our corona virus. Yeah, it is one reason... that little boys stay inside a home in front of a large computer screen. They are playing video games. Sadly, the virtual world is slowly replacing the real one.

 John Titor talked about rights erosion. Well, here we are now. Basically, the first amendment is going away. This fact should amaze no one. Politicians are constantly talking about hate speech, but what they hate is freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

 Friends, the streaming boom is over. Netflix has basically won our war. Disney is losing boatloads of money. Hey, we did say - don't change a winning game. Always do change a losing one. Well, here we are.

 Oh wow, we see that artificial intelligence can create art now. This is rather worrisome news. Creatives need to become more aware. Future technology could render us obsolete and we did say - render which is a pun.

 OK, so artists claim that they might lose their own income. This is due to advanced artificial intelligence programs. I do wonder if this is so. After all, few people get their portrait painted as we can use a camera.

 Ah yes, motorcycles might replace cars soon. This is due to ever rising gas prices. I do like to ride a bike, but my major issue is rain.

 OK, so there is a town in Finland that is full of pessimism. Hey, we do know that harsh reality is not so rosy. Still, we might say that optimism in most people is common. After all, politicians promise us... that prosperity is just around our corner. Frankly, I do believe that a massive recession is near.

 New York declares an emergency over polio virus. Folks, we did at one time think that this terrible disease was gone. Well, we were wrong. Sadly, this monster is back with a vengeance as we see.

 Scientists are now trying to detect dark matter and dark energy. Well, there is one little problem as per me. Could be that there is none. Zepellin detector is expensive. However, we do not think that invisible matter exists in our universe.

Real Estate

 Real Estate is cooling off for some. Yeah, we are still seeing the dramatic run-up in HOME mansion prices. Frankly, we really do expect our property um TAX can go up soon. After all, it is tied to home prices. Well, time will tell as we see. This is probably going to be a very interesting year.

 Like wow, we can buy a flying car. The Samson Sky is available for us. OK, so the cost is $170,000 - wow. That is more than we can afford, but still, the future is so max. Do hope that we have lower prices soon.

remote work

 OK, so say it ain't so. Frankly, remote work could be gone soon. Bosses really do love to spy on us. Yeah, that is a major pain. It is not just all that time we spend driving to work, but also the high gas prices. Staying home was a big blessing for us. Sadly, those days are soon over. Certainly, we wish that we had some nice news.

 Whatever happened to linked in? Yeah, I still remember when it use to be an awesome service. Sadly, it has seen better days and better years. People still like to network, but they are looking into other serious areas.
