 Here is some sour news. It is about the last pass. A lot of people have seen compromise use. Please tell me... that this is not so. Just when you think your major problems are over... they get even worse.

 A realtor told me... that pools add about $30,000 to a house price. Well, that might actually be true in miami. However, we do not believe that in Minnesota that is our case. Yeah, we think that having a pool might take some of your value away.

 Having a library with many books is seen as old school to many. Oh wow, books are DIGITAL now. Times are changing on us. What we can all do is blame Jeff Bezos or amazon some more.

AIRBNB

 AIRBNB cracks down on massive parties for the new year. There were a lot of complaints about excessive noise. Yeah, that does not surprise me. Teenagers can party down with loud music. However, that can disrupt the lives of more serious seniors.

Holy Bible

 Holy Bible is known as a good book to many. Well, there is a new bible version. It has 20,000 revisions. Frankly, we can wonder on what exactly these revisions are. Perhaps, they are trying to make the Holy Bible politically correct now. God forbid says me.

Ford

 Ford wants to make electric cars now. Hey, they are no Tesla, but there we are. Do look at their lightning electric pick-up truck and tell me what you see. It has trouble hauling heavy things such as your big boat and has a rather limited range. Ladies and gentlemen, I really do think that I will pass on this one.

economic recovery

 They say we are in an economic recovery.  Also, that it is uneven. Well, that is certainly NOT what we see. Basically, the rich get richer and the poor... even poorer. Frankly, the more things do change, the more they remain same. 

Roku

 Roku and Google have reached an agreement to keep the Youtube app. Well, that certainly is awesome news. Frankly, I do like to use my Youtube app. Oh yes, it is a great way to see new movies.  Helium shortage could indeed affect more than balloons as we see. There is a rush in green helium mining. Friends and neighbors, this gas is rare. In fact, we are using our stockpile at a prodigious rate and might run out soon.

 Rich men pay little taxes or none. Yeah, the rich man plays and the poor many pays. Sadly, this is the world we are in. Well, we do wonder if it could be different in another parallel universe.

new day

 Oh yes, a new day arises anew. What great treasures will it bring us? That is why we should get up early in the morning as our sun rises.

 Ah yes, we do like driver less cars. They could change our universe. Please remember the horseless carriage. Well, that was a long time ago. Still, me grandmother told me about a time when horses were so  common. Yeah, people did not find it quaint as there were no cars.

 Folks, it is so beautiful that it does not seem REAL even. Yeah, we gaze on something that looks like a wonderful dream that we can wake up from, but there it is. It is so hard to avert my gaze. Oh wow, God certainly has created one awesome universe.

 Red Bug is amazing. What a tiny car. Alas, they do not make them any more. Hey, this is certainly a bit of sour news.

 Yeah, we do like flying cars. They are closer to reality every year. Hey, we know that our technology is moving... like at a quick pace. Still, we do wonder when they will be on sale on amazon.

 Hey, a warp bubble could make FTL or faster than light travel possible in the days to come. Actually, this sounds like a science fiction movie. Well, one that is long on fiction and very SHORT on science.

 Non-citizens could be able to vote soon. I did say non. Fellow colleagues, we do not understand what is going on. Please wake me up. I want this ongoing FRIGHT mare... to be over.

 OK, so young people are blaming boomers for the housing shortage we got now. Please do look at some home prices. Oh wow, they are way up. Maybe, we should have a new era. Yeah, one with high wages. OK, so instead, we have low wages and high prices.
