Take a look at how quickly things change. Scientist now like to say everything takes millions of years to change. Well in less than ten Lake Mead could be gone.

Why fake dinos?

Well, one reason is to make money. The biggest draw a museum has is that giant T-rex which is not real. This is so, dinosaurs are not real. Well, they are as real as a heat mirage in the desert a promise of water when there is none there. As real as the luminous shimmering zigzag lines of the wall-like fortification spectra of a scintillating scotoma that comes before a migraine headache. These prefab plastic monsters that you see in every museum have more in common with Godzilla and dragon like demons than any earth like reptile.

So what would happen if science came clean and admitted that the moon landing was a hoax and the T-rex was fake and made of plastic? Well, science would collapse, the new religion based on falsehood would fall. It's cadre of white coats would have to find other jobs.

What is real or REEL in this world? CGI is getting so good that it is hard to tell.
