People are leaving NYC as it is way too expensive. Also, there are high property taxes and too much crime. Most of these nice people are now going to states that are warm. For example, Texas and Florida as choices are so common. Hey, we see that this is causing home prices in Florida to stay high even though we are now in a massive recession.
