Tokyo is the world's most expensive area. OK so my favorite place is Akihabara the electronics mecca. Still, electronics do not produce as much money. For example, HP stock went down 66% in the last five years. Steven Gibbs told me that Radio Shack will go bankrupt soon. Hey, they are turning into a cell phone store, but who cares.
