NYC may evacuate some areas. There is a new storm in town, and irene is her name. OK so prez says this could become a historic hurricane even. Let us hope not so. Katrina is to many more than just a tragic memory. Sadly, if irene hits NYC, this could be the case. People need to prepare. Time is running out for us.
