This just in... boys cannot wear dresses to school officials say. It is a distraction in the study room. Hey, I thought it was OK, but I was wrong. Funny, a boy wore a dress to school when I was going. Yo, that was many years ago. Well, it was no big deal back then and there we are.

Big cities are where the action is. Small towns across America are struggling as most young people are moving to high growth urban areas. Rustbelt states see a massive exodus that is growing. Workers are moving to pastures that are greener. Let us say, rust belt cities have few jobs for us. Oh yeah, abandoned warehouses, closed down factories, and boarded up retail stores are common.

Yo, slippery floors are a pain. Let us say... they are not safe for us.  Frankly, it is best if we keep both eyes open. Look before you leap as we say.

Hey, we fear rising seas. That could affect Miami home prices. Yeah, we often wonder about why people love living near an ocean. After all, you pay more money on insurance. Let us not despair, the world cannot even care.

Coffee houses are so nice. Well, that is what we see. Just hope that people find new avenues. Let us go on a journey. Oh yes, to visit places that are so far away that we might feel that we are in a new universe.

end of an era

The last few toys r us stores are closing now. Colleagues, this is the end of an era. Yet, we do indeed wonder what the far future can give us. Frankly, we wish that they had been able to save some. Well, kind folks, that is not our case.
