Rental scammers are a problem that is growing. OK many use free sites such as craigslist to advertise and yahoo for email. Often rent scam ads are written by very poor persons. They are often from overseas. Check for poor use of English grammar. Also, demand to speak to the person. They often sport a thick "7-11" accent that is a give away.

FED Chairman Ben Bernake says record low rates are needed now to rev up our economic recovery. Yeah right, this is news. Folks, the recovery is a hoax, and those of us who look at the paper, know the jobs are gone. True, just like all those boarded up factories that were shipped overseas.
