 New York declares an emergency over polio virus. Folks, we did at one time think that this terrible disease was gone. Well, we were wrong. Sadly, this monster is back with a vengeance as we see.

 Apple is complaining about animated emojis. Brothers and sisters, this does seem to me... like these are first-world issues. Yeah, who even cares? Personally, we do think that the apple is rotten to the very core.❤

dark matter

 Scientists are now trying to detect dark matter and dark energy. Well, there is one little problem as per me. Could be that there is none. Zepellin detector is expensive. However, we do not think that invisible matter exists in our universe.

Real Estate

 Real Estate is cooling off for some. Yeah, we are still seeing the dramatic run-up in HOME mansion prices. Frankly, we really do expect our property um TAX can go up soon. After all, it is tied to home prices. Well, time will tell as we see. This is probably going to be a very interesting year.

flying car

 Like wow, we can buy a flying car. The Samson Sky is available for us. OK, so the cost is $170,000 - wow. That is more than we can afford, but still, the future is so max. Do hope that we have lower prices soon.

remote work

 OK, so say it ain't so. Frankly, remote work could be gone soon. Bosses really do love to spy on us. Yeah, that is a major pain. It is not just all that time we spend driving to work, but also the high gas prices. Staying home was a big blessing for us. Sadly, those days are soon over. Certainly, we wish that we had some nice news.

 Whatever happened to linked in? Yeah, I still remember when it use to be an awesome service. Sadly, it has seen better days and better years. People still like to network, but they are looking into other serious areas.
