Retirement home rents soar. Well, the supply is down as demand increases. A lot of baby boomers are nearing old age. This is a problem for seniors.

pure air

Yeah, we wanna breathe in pure air. Transportation is a serious issue. Basically, there are too many gas cars. OK, so these vehicles generate a lot of noxious emissions. Well, on the positive side, we now have a lot of Tesa electric cars. However, we do wonder where these autonomous vehicles will all plug in. Maybe they will place a burden on our grid and we will have black outs due to a lack of capacity for excess power. Maybe,  an electric train would be better than millions of electric cars.

James Damore might sue. I remember that bosses often tell people to shut up. Please listen to what the boss says. Maybe you are right and the boss is wrong. However, they can fire you. Still, we do wanna speak up. Well, the consequences are serious.

no space

Most of the people on planet earth are cram into tiny apartments instead of living in enormous mansions. Hey, we are told there is no space. However, that argument is so wrong. In face, there is actually plenty of room.

rotten tomatoes

Hollywood fight rotten tomatoes rating - wow. That should surprise no one. After all, take a look at most movies. Like they belong in a garbage can. Yeah, or on Netflix same.

little stores

Do understand that little stores were hit hard in our economic recession. Most thought that these mini marts would eventually recover. That has not been our case. In fact, look at all the stores that are closing this year.
